Directions for use. Boil 1 Cup of Yoni Steam for 20 minutes in distilled or otherwise purified water (6-8 cups). Caution: Mixture will be hot. Allow to cool until the temperature is sufficient not to burn or injure your delicate Yoni tissue. Transfer the mixture into a clean bowl or sits bath. Squat, sit, or kneel over the steam for 20-30 minutes. Be sure to wrap your lower body in towels or blankets to keep the steam trapped. After steaming, relax for at least 30 minutes and let the herbal infusion to penetrate.
