Used in aromatherapy applications, vetiver essential oil is beneficial for soothing anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, depression, and inability to concentrate or remember. Mandarin is anti-nausea, a relaxant, a sedative and slightly hypnotic. It moderates the central nervous system and reduces insomnia as well as anxiety.

For use on the skin, mix no more than 10 drops of the oil with at least 1 oz. of a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, or fractionated coconut oil.
